    The northern portion of this area was and still is BC Penitentiary Reserve or the location of the BC Pen (Federal land) The southern part was a ( reportedly nasty) "handicap" kids "hospital" (Provincial land). Two equally nasty institutions that need to be separated and remembered.

    It's actually in New Westminster. BDL leases the building until they move in March or April of 2009. You can not buy kegs of beer here. You can pick them up though. I'm not sure about dropping of empties though. I think you have to take the empties back to the liquor store.
